Corn Cobettes
These quick snacks / starts are appealing to both adults and children
alike. The are very simple to make and can be thrown onto the barbeque
in summer
Ingredients
- 2 corn cobs cut into 3 pieces
- a drizzle of mild olive oil
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- crushed black pepper

Directions
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and coat the corn cobettes thoroughly.
- Marinate in the fridge for 4 hours or for however long you have.
- Place under a hot grill until some kernels are quite golden brown and pour juices from the bowl over the top. Turn and cook on the other side also until golden brown. And your done :)
